Property Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire procedure for issuance of planning licences for commercial properties
  • Research and gather all necessary information/details for potential acquisition of properties of the Group
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments within the Group in regards to the issuance of planning licenses
  • Provide support with the real estate development procedures for commercial properties

Successful Candidate’s Profile

  • Experience in real estate or a similar position with sound knowledge of the property planning licensing procedure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Energetic and positive team player with strong organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
